The short version

Pourtion is a personal-insight tool for adults of legal drinking age. Use it, and you agree to these terms. It is not medical advice and never estimates blood-alcohol or fitness to drive. If drinking is causing you harm, please reach out to a real support service.

Who can use it

You must be of legal drinking age in your region and confirm this on first launch. Pourtion is for personal use only.

Pourtion Pro (subscriptions)

Pourtion is free to use. Pourtion Pro is an optional upgrade that removes ads and unlocks custom drinks. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and, where available, as a one-time lifetime unlock. The title, length, and price of each option are shown in the app before you buy.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Subscriptions are sold and billed through the app store on your device (Apple App Store or Google Play), not by us. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the price shown for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies.

Your data

What you log stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the detail. You are responsible for your own backups; an in-app CSV export is provided for that.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no reselling, and no use that breaks the law where you live. Pourtion is provided “as is,” without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for how you choose to use it or any decisions you make from it.

Apple standard EULA

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and, where it conflicts with these terms, governs that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
